Bladderwrack is the most common type of seaweed found in the ocean. Bladderwrack is a type of brown seaweed. It’s also known as rockweed, red focus, dyers focus, rock wrack, black tang, and bladder focus. Rich in vitamins,  minerals, antioxidants.  People believe that bladderwrack’s impressive nutrient profile can provide health benefits. Bladderwrack contains iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, minerals, trace metals, phenolics, phloroglucinol, fucophorethols, phlorotannins, mucopolysaccharides, algin, lipids, and sulphuryl-, sulphonyl- and phosphonyl-glycosyl ester diglycerides.

HOW TO PREPARE BLADDERWRACK: 

1. Boil a cup of water 

2. Pour hot water into a cup. Add 1 teaspoon of bladderwrack to the hot water. 

3. Strain the bladderwrack and let the cup sit for 10 minutes before drinking.
