Our wildcrafted sea moss is from the Caribbean coastline and sun-dried. It's a superfood that contains vitamins and other essential compounds for a healthy body. Once the wildcrafted Sea Moss is like a gel substance, you can use it in various ways. For instance: tea, smoothies, bread, muffins, puddings and pastries, soups, sauces, dips, salad dressings, facial masks, cosmetics, and skincare.

How to Make:

1. Rinse off in water and lime to remove any sea salt.

2. Soak in lime, alkaline water, or distilled water to re-hydrate. The sea moss will more than double in size and become softer.

3. Soak overnight with lime and alkaline water in a glass bowl.

3. Add the sea moss to the blender along with water. Blend until you have the consistency that you need.
